Are you concerned about your health? Your weight? Your diet? When was the last time you talked with someone who really understood what you’re looking for and could guide you in the right direction?

Your health deserves the personal attention of a trained professional.

As a Holistic Health & Nutrition Counselor, I’m a trained expert. I take the time to listen to your health concerns and help you reach your personal wellness goals. Together, we look at your diet, past and present, and explore what’s worked and what hasn’t. Of course, we also review your lifestyle challenges, including stress, family life, work experiences and exercise habits.

You’ve probably tried a variety of diets. You may even have done pretty well — for a few weeks or months. The problem is, these diets depend on deprivation and willpower, which ultimately are impossible to sustain. In addition, they’re often counterproductive to good health.
